As part of the opening of the International Scholarly Conference, the Handel Research Prize 2023 will be presented. Representatives of the state government, the city of Halle, the university, and the Saalesparkasse Foundation have announced themselves as greeting speakers. The laudatio will be held by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hirschmann. Following the award ceremony, the award winner will give a lecture on the topic of the award-winning work.
